Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the application intake and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Review applications and move candidates through the hiring process.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, in-person and virtual.
• Develop and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruiting records and candidate information.
• Partner with management to support hiring needs and goals.
