Qualifications

This onsite recruiting role supports a staffing team in Fort Worth, Texas by managing the full recruiting cycle from initial sourcing through onboarding and ongoing client communication. The position also emphasizes meeting recruiting activity goals and maintaining candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Role Overview

Serve as a recruiter for a range of client openings, handling sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while tracking progress and outcomes. Maintain active candidate pipelines and collaborate with internal team members to support company goals and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client needs.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting activity goals, including outreach calls, candidate submissions, and placements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding hiring needs, providing timely updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to guide them through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with internal team members to support company objectives and deliver exceptional service.
• Stay current on market trends and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency: Spanish is required.
• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
• Recruiting experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred (2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High energy and goal-driven mindset with a focus on helping others succeed.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities at the same time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour (hourly).
