Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional office experience (recruiting experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using internal databases, job boards, and recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain compelling job postings to drive candidate flow.
• Recruit for current, upcoming, and high-demand roles.
• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates per procedures.
• Represent Qualified Staffing's values and standards in interactions.
• Support client relationships with proactive communication and service.
