Job summary

Foundation Communities in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage requisitions from intake through offer and to coordinate onboarding activities. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
Two+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned requisitions from intake through selection and offer, including job postings and candidate communications.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualifications.
Source and develop candidate pipelines using job boards, networks, referrals, and partnerships.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
