We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support commercial, sales, and services hiring in a SaaS or technology environment. This person will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to help source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruiting data, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting fast-moving recruiting needs across revenue-generating and customer-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with candidate scheduling, interview logistics, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Assist with sourcing candidates for commercial, sales, and services roles, including positions supporting go-to-market, customer success, account management, implementation, and professional services teams.
- Help maintain job postings, candidate records, interview schedules, and status updates in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct sourcing outreach and pipeline-building activities using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases, with a focus on candidates in SaaS, software, and broader technology environments.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
- Track recruiting activity, scheduling progress, and pipeline status, and provide administrative and reporting support to the recruiting team.
- Partner with recruiters to support offer coordination, onboarding handoffs, and other recruiting process activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or recruiting experience; experience supporting commercial, sales, services, or go-to-market hiring in a SaaS or technology environment strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and candidate communications simultaneously.
- Comfort supporting high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and interview teams.
- Strong understanding of commercial and customer-facing recruiting profiles, with the ability to quickly learn role requirements, sales motions, service delivery models, and SaaS or technology business terminology.
- Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruiting records and scheduling details (examples: Workday, Greenhouse, Fieldglass, or similar).
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Greater Dallas, TX area.
