Qualifications

• At least two years of prior recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Extensive experience using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload with minimal supervision.
• A positive and upbeat team member.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates by phone or in person, conducts assessments and reference/background checks, makes hire recommendations and delivers offers.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and source quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback on the process.
• Manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
