Job summary

PMS in Albuquerque is seeking a HR/Recruitment professional to perform a variety of recruitment and human resources activities across the center’s programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management, and recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and word processing is expected, as is knowledge of recruitment policies and EEO/AAP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field; combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Computer experience with spreadsheet, database and word processing programs; knowledge of policies and regulations related to recruitment.
