Job summary

Azurite Professional Community is seeking an HR Recruiter for its Albuquerque, NM office. The HR Recruiter will develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for the company and its subsidiaries.

This role supports recruitment, candidate screening, hiring, onboarding, HRIS and talent management, employee relations, training, personnel administration, reporting, policy implementation, safety, and employment law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage HRIS or talent management system.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to prepare requisitions, job descriptions, interview plans, offers, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, pre-employment screenings, offer letters, and new hire paperwork.
• Support onboarding, orientation, HRIS updates, recruiting reports, and headcount tracking.
• Build and maintain recruiting partnerships with colleges, universities, job fairs, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, I-9, E-Verify, WOTC, MVR, and other hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, personnel files, and recruitment documentation.
• Stay current on HR best practices, employment regulations, recruiting trends, and talent management tools.
• Maintain a positive and transparent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Support the company’s brand through social media, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and community engagement.
