Job summary

PMS in Albuquerque is seeking a HR/Recruitment professional to perform a variety of recruitment and human resources activities across the center’s programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management, and recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and word processing is expected, as is knowledge of recruitment policies and EEO/AAP guidelines.

• Recruitment experience strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field; a combination of relevant education and experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Computer experience required - proficiency with spreadsheet, database & word processing programs.
• Knowledge of policies, laws and regulations related to recruitment, EEO/AAP, etc., strongly preferred.
