Job summary

Azurite Professional Community is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Recruiter for its Albuquerque, NM office. The HR Recruiter will develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for the company and its subsidiaries.

This position supports recruitment, candidate screening, hiring, onboarding, new hire paperwork, HRIS and talent management, employee relations, training, personnel administration, reporting, policy implementation,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage HRIS or talent management system.
• SHRM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruiting activities for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection strategies.
• Coordinate requisitions, job descriptions, interview plans, offers and hiring decisions.
• Support onboarding, HRIS updates, recruiting reports, and headcount tracking.
• Maintain recruiting partnerships with colleges, job fairs, and events.
