Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Albuquerque. You will source, attract, and hire top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle from posting through onboarding, build a candidate pipeline, conduct initial screenings, and use data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience as Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
• Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Use data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and guide decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
