Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies for assigned areas.
• Manage interview processes end-to-end from job specification through candidate acceptance.
• Provide leadership and expertise in recruiting solutions for high service delivery.
• Review and improve job advertising methods; partner with internal partners to develop recruitment strategies, policy and process.
• Conduct needs assessments with hiring managers before sourcing activities.
• Establish communication strategy with hiring managers around feedback, SLAs, and next steps.
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition.
• Analyze performance and success of sourcing strategies; recommend process improvements.
• Maintain expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies, and processes.
• Perform benchmarking; maintain a positive online brand across recruitment sites.
• Build talent pools/networks to enhance applicant generation.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; provide training and support as needed.
