• Analyze performance and success of sourcing strategies; recommend process improvements.
• Maintain expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies, and processes.
• Perform benchmarking; maintain a positive online brand across recruitment sites.
• Build talent pools/networks to enhance applicant generation.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; provide training and support as needed.

Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Admin I is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from job specification and sourcing through candidate acceptance. Partners closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies, manage interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, and meet recruitment SLAs. Focuses on sourcing strategy, talent-pool development, recruitment process improvements, benchmarking, and maintaining a strong employer brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/geographic areas
• Manage interview processes for each recruitment; manage end-to-end recruitment process from job specification through candidate acceptance
• Provide leadership and expertise in recruiting solutions to ensure high service delivery
• Review and improve job advertising methods; partner with internal business partners to develop recruitment strategies, policy, and process
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers prior to sourcing/recruitment activities
• Establish communication strategy with hiring managers around candidate/interviewer feedback, SLAs, and next steps
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through final disposition
• Analyze performance and success of sourcing strategies at an aggregate level; recommend process improvements
• Maintain expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies, and processes
• Perform benchmarking activities; maintain a positive online brand presence across digital recruitment sites
• Build talent pools/networks for assigned functional or geographical areas to enhance applicant generation
