Qualifications

• Recruiting experience — Required.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Full-cycle / end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to establish and manage SLAs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Interview process management.
• Ability to meet or exceed service-delivery expectations.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Key member of the recruiting strategy team, developing and maintaining capability and talent.
• Creates and executes on global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/geographic areas.
• Responsible to manage interview processes for each recruitment.
• Developing and maintaining the required capability and talent.
• Manages end-to-end recruitment from initial job specification to candidate acceptance.
• Provides leadership and expertise in broad recruiting solutions and activities to ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Maintains expert knowledge of talent acquisition trends, policies and processes.
• Actively builds a talent pool/network for assigned areas to enhance applicant generation.
