Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across our organization in a regular, full-time capacity. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to deliver timely talent solutions.

This role requires strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and experience with ATS/CRM systems, including Jobvite. Teleworking is available for one day per week.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to identify, attract, and source passive talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Experience building talent pipelines across multiple sourcing platforms.
• Strong collaboration with hiring leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to sell the organization's value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategies across channels to build strong pipelines.
• Leads intake sessions to translate business needs into role criteria.
• Screens resumes and conducts structured interviews; documents in ATS.
• Guides candidates through interview processes and coordinates feedback.
• Manages offers, background checks, and collaborates with Compensation.
