Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience with background checks and onboarding processes.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate background checks and review reports for candidate validation.
• Coordinate interview availability and schedule virtual and in-person interviews.
• Draft and post open positions to ATS and job boards.
• Prepare background check reports and SLA-compliant updates.
• Assist TA leadership with projects and onboarding readiness.
