Better Companies is seeking a Recruiting Specialist in Irvine, CA to support a growing multifamily portfolio, focusing on financial sales roles. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes building pipelines, shaping recruitment strategies, and partnering with leaders to foster growth and culture.

Formación

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing or phone-based role
• Solid understanding of sales principles and outbound outreach
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with ATS or sourcing tools such as LinkedIn/Indeed is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Ability to sit at a computer desk for extended periods and attend local meetings or events

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to potential candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative networking to pitch roles and generate interest
• Conduct engaging initial phone screens to assess fit and explain role expectations
• Keep candidates engaged and move them through the hiring process
• Coordinate and lock in interview schedules with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers regarding candidate status and needs
• Keep candidate records and notes in the ATS
• Assist with opening job requisitions and maintaining active listings
• Support talent community outreach and hiring events
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to hit monthly hiring targets
