Irvine Company’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for an energetic and driven individual with a passion for recruiting.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced service oriented team environment. This person will support a group of Talent Advisorsand will be responsible for effectively supporting and providing coordination in all areas and phases of the recruiting cycle: job postings, marketing/advertising, attending open interview day and job fair events, and coordinate and facilitate the pre-employment process.
