Qualifications

• 2+ years in fast-paced, customer-facing or phone-based roles.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and outbound outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ATS or sourcing tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work extended periods at a computer desk and attend local meetings or hiring events.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking to pitch roles and generate interest.
• Conduct engaging initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and explain role expectations.
• Keep candidates engaged and move them through the hiring process.
• Coordinate and lock in interview schedules with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Maintain clear communication with hiring managers regarding candidate status and needs.
• Keep candidate records, stage tracking, and disposition notes in the ATS.
• Assist with opening job requisitions and maintaining listings.
• Support talent community outreach and referral programs.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to hit monthly hiring targets.
