Averro is actively seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to manage salaried requisitions from posting through offer in Seattle. You’ll coordinate candidate communications and interviews while serving as the main liaison for hiring managers on requisition status.

Ideal candidates will drive the Taleo-to-UKG migration, validate large recruiting data sets, and ensure ATS data integrity by cleaning duplicates and incomplete records.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with ATS and validating large recruiting data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage salaried, non-production requisitions from posting through offer, including candidate communications and interview coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for hiring managers on requisition status and process.
• Support the Taleo-to-UKG migration: data validation, system testing, requisition cleanup, and posting management.
• Maintain job postings and ATS data integrity by correcting duplicate or incomplete data.
