Job summary

Averro is actively seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to manage salaried requisitions from posting through offer in Seattle. You’ll coordinate candidate communications and interviews while serving as the main liaison for hiring managers on requisition status.

Ideal candidates will drive the Taleo-to-UKG migration, validate large recruiting data sets, and ensure ATS data integrity by cleaning duplicates and incomplete records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with ATS and validating large recruiting data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency), including requisition management
• ATS experience (Taleo, UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) and validating large recruiting data sets
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; customer-focused with exceptional detail orientation

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with both Taleo and UKG
• Experience supporting HR system implementations or large process changes
