Altivera Medical is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HRIS Specialist to drive the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition through onboarding. You will partner with HR and IT, ensure a responsive candidate and hiring manager experience, and maintain UKG Recruiting Gateway data integrity.

You will manage multiple requisitions, coordinate interviews across time zones, prepare offer documents, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR, or related role; full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
• Experience in ATS/HRIS; UKG Recruiting Gateway preferred
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience preparing offer documentation and coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, employees, and leadership
• Ability to maintain accurate recruiting data and records while handling confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools
• Comfort learning and improving recruiting systems, workflows, and technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a HR/TA team
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA/BS or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day recruiting activity across assigned requisitions from launch to onboarding handoff
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and pipelines
• Review applications, conduct initial screens, assess qualifications, advance candidates
• Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and time zones with a polished candidate experience
• Prepare and route offer documents, coordinate pre-employment communications
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements: background checks, onboarding handoffs, documentation
• Maintain healthy candidate pipelines, monitor recruiting progress, identify stalled activity or risks
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and handoffs with HR, IT, Payroll and hiring managers
• Create and maintain requisitions and postings in systems; reflect activity and approvals
• Support recruiting communications, interview materials, trackers, and tools
• Participate in process improvements and high-volume recruiting initiatives
• Ensure consistent, high-quality new hire experience during recruiting-to-onboarding transitions
• Co-administer UKG Recruiting Gateway for system administration and workflows
• Maintain candidate records with status changes, notes, dispositions and documentation
• Support system configuration, templates, workflows, and process updates
• Perform routine audits to correct incomplete or inaccurate data
• Collaborate with TA and HR on testing, troubleshooting and implementation of updated workflows
• Maintain process documentation and templates for consistency and scalability
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and data in UKG Recruiting Gateway
