Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruiting efforts across entry-level to technical roles. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, ATS administration, and candidate experience.

You'll manage postings, coordinate interviews, generate reports, and assist with HR projects in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and retention.
• 1–3 years working with an ATS, preferably Silkroad or RIVAL.
• Strong analytical skills and data reporting ability.
• Excellent organization and multiple-priority management.
• Clear written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and recruit for entry-level to technical roles.
• Manage job postings across internal and external boards and college boards.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling and communications with hiring managers.
• Track applicant activity and produce recruitment metrics.
• Support recruiting events and employee referral initiatives.
