Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in talent acquisition, and experience with UKG Recruiting or similar ATS. Florida driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6+ years in sourcing and talent acquisition functions.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Proven success in full lifecycle recruiting across locations/business units.
• Strong understanding of employment law, DEI, and analytics.
• Experience with UKG Recruiting or similar ATS (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse).
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth goals and workforce planning.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and scalable processes.
• Strengthen employer brand and candidate engagement across digital channels.
• Manage full recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt roles, including onboarding coordination.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and university partnerships.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Lead configuration and optimization of ATS and onboarding modules; train users.
• Track KPIs and provide talent market insights to leadership.
