Boutique Recruiting in Secaucus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full-cycle recruiting process for entry-level, 100% commission sales roles. You will manage outreach, screening, and in-person interviews, driving hires that align with a fast-growing sales team.

The role emphasizes on-site work, with bonuses linked to hires who stay for 60 days and four months. Applicants should have 2+ years of recruiting experience and be comfortable with a commission-based compensation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with ownership of recruiting calls and outbound dials.
• Experience recruiting 1099 (100% commission) hires is strongly valued.
• Ability to work fully on-site at the Secaucus office.
• Existing relationships with local colleges or business schools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level, 100% commission sales representatives.
• Fill sales opener seats using established recruiting process and systems.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Interview and vet candidates, presenting only strong fits for in-person interviews in Secaucus.
