Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Most recruiters hand off a candidate and move on. This role owns the entire process, from the first outbound dial to the in‑person interview, for a sales floor that is hiring continuously. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-cycle recruiter focused purely on talent acquisition, not HR administration, and works with systems and a repeatable process that are already in place. The company is fast‑growing, tech‑forward, and building a strong brand in business funding, which keeps demand for new sales reps steady.
This position suits a recruiter who enjoys high‑volume, repeatable work and is comfortable making the case for a 100% commission opportunity. Compensation grows with results, because bonuses are tied to hires who stay with the company at roughly the 60-day and four‑month marks. The team is hungry and driven, and it celebrates hitting goals with activities such as softball, Top Golf, and team dinners. The role is fully on‑site in Secaucus, where candidates are interviewed and results are tracked in person.
