Actalent is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meetings with managers to sourcing, screening, and placement. You will coach consultants, manage onboarding, and build a strong network to help professionals advance their careers.

The role includes a comprehensive training program, formal and informal mentorship, and a culture that promotes growth from within. Location: onsite in Conshohocken area, with performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand needs.
