VARITE INC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Interview Scheduling) to support North America recruiting teams. You will own interview coordination, platform administration, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This contract role spans 4 months with a pay rate of $40.00/hr to $43.47/hr on W2, and offers exposure to AI-enabled tools, Workday, and recruiting technology.

Formación

• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or TA operations.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
• Strong interview scheduling and recruiting tech experience.
• Experience managing invoices and vendor relationships.
• Advanced skills in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Administer the interview scheduling platform and optimize processes.
• Support recruiting operations within Workday and other tech.
• Process, reconcile, and track recruiting vendor invoices.
• Develop recruiting process documentation and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows with automation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and reporting.
• Take on additional responsibilities commensurate with capability.
