The position requires strong organizational skills, experience with HR systems, and the ability to collaborate across time zones. On-site Tue–Thu with remote flexibility Mon and Fri, offering a dynamic contracting environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience; OR any degree or certification beyond a high school diploma with 3 years of experience; OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience using Workday, Paradox, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service to candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders.
• Flexibility to support recruiting activity across multiple time zones and varying interview schedules.

Aufgaben

• Interview coordination across multiple time zones with AI-enabled scheduling tools.
• Serve as candidate concierge for on-site visits in Atlanta; coordinate with campus personnel.
• Coordinate background checks with compliance teams and vendors.
• Support employee referral workflows and respond to inquiries.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates through Day One and pre-boarding activities.
• Provide feedback on systems and workflows to improve Talent Acquisition processes.
