Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Colorado Springs is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support ESS, BSLC and RM PACE hiring managers. You will handle sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while coordinating the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires at least 1 year in recruiting or HR, strong communication, and the ability to work with an ATS/HRIS. It offers a full-time daytime schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting or HR experience; high-volume, full-cycle recruiting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Healthcare and non-profit recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with a Talent Acquisition ATS or HRIS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the recruitment process from sourcing to new hire orientation.
• Draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with HR Generalist.
• Implement sourcing plans based on role, industry, and needs.
• Post jobs using the ATS and ensure compliance with state posting laws.
• Screen applications and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout.
• Assist with offers, pre-employment steps, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide recruitment metrics and reporting.
