Rocky Mountain Health Care is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Colorado Springs to support ESS, BSLC and RM PACE hiring managers. You will handle sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates, post jobs in the ATS, and coordinate interviews through to onboarding.

The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, strong communication, and independent initiative. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits may apply; typical schedule is day shift in an on-site setting.

Qualificações

• 1 year of recruiting or HR experience; high-volume full-cycle recruiting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Healthcare/non-profit recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all phases of recruitment from sourcing to new-hire orientation.
• Draft and refine job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Post jobs and manage applicant tracking and compliance.
• Screen applications and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Schedule and assist with interviews and offers; support onboarding.
