Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with Talent Acquisition ATS or HRIS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of recruiting from sourcing to candidate presentation under the HR Generalist.
• Assist drafting job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Implement sourcing plans based on role needs and industry standards.
• Post roles in ATS and ensure compliance with state posting laws.
• Use email, phone, and social media to expand the applicant pool.
• Screen applications and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews (telephone, virtual, in-person) and communicate with candidates by location.
• Prepare interview questions and hiring materials.
• Support the interview process with managers and stakeholders.
• Assist with pre-employment requirements, background screenings, and onboarding documents.
