Paycom in New York is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to identify active and passive candidates, interviewing and hiring top talent for the Paycom team. You will use the ATS, job boards, and internal tools to manage a high-volume pipeline with confidentiality and professionalism.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, execute custom hiring strategies, and contribute to the recruiting team’s goals while expanding sourcing capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in screening, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven candidate tracking.

• Screen and move applicants through the pipeline following defined processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with candidates.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the hiring process.
• Manage pipeline activity and ensure data integrity in ATS and job boards.
• Support end-to-end recruitment across Paycom departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and implement sourcing strategies.
• Contribute to meeting team goals and develop sourcing skills.
