Paycom - ATS in Colorado Springs is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support ESS, BSLC and RM PACE hiring managers. You will handle sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while coordinating the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

The position is responsible for high-volume requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers, and coordinates the recruitment process from sourcing to new hire orientation using both traditional and creative non-traditional recruiting methods.**CORE COMPETENCIES**| | || --- | --- || • Technical Expertise | • Problem Solving || • Teamwork | • Effective Communication || • Results Oriented | • Personal Credibility || • Quality Focus | • People Focus || • Flexibility | |**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES***Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.***Essential Job Functions*** Coordinates and carries out all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing to new hire orientation (as needed), under the direction of the HR Generalist.* Assists the HR Generalist and department managers in drafting detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.* Implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and sourcing plans based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.* Posts approved jobs using the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring each posting complies with applicable state job posting laws.* Utilizes a variety of tools (e.g., email, telephone, social media) to establish relationships and expand the applicant pool, including cold calling qualified leads.* Demonstrates creativity and innovation in finding new recruitment tools and resources.* Screens applications and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers.* Schedules telephone, virtual, or in-person interviews and communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process as needed by location.* Prepares interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.* Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.* Collaborates with the HR Generalist and hiring manager during the offer process, which may include identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details, and obtaining Regional Vice President of Operations (RVPO) approval where required by the business line.* Assists with pre-employment requirements, background screenings, and onboarding documentation to ensure new-hire processes are completed accurately and timely.* Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.* Provides statistical reporting by transforming raw recruiting data into useful reports.
