Elevation Senior Services is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support ESS, BSLC and RM PACE hiring managers by handling day-to-day recruiting operations under the HR Generalist. This role focuses on high-volume requisitions, sourcing, screening and presenting candidates through the full cycle, from sourcing to new hire orientation using traditional and non-traditional methods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting or HR experience, high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Healthcare or non-profit recruiting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and carries out all phases of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drafts job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers.
• Posts jobs in ATS and ensures compliance with state posting laws.
• Uses email, phone, and social media to expand the applicant pool.
• Screens applications and presents qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Schedules interviews and supports the interview process.
• Assists with offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding docs.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provides recruiting metrics and reports to leadership.
• Manages positions in HRIS and attends college/job fairs.
