Job summary

D&M Leasing is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our in-office team in Fort Worth or Dallas, driving full-cycle recruiting for dealerships and corporate locations. You will partner with hiring managers to build a robust candidate pipeline and deliver timely hires across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, can independently manage 5+ open roles, is proficient with ATS and job boards, and communicates with warmth to ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to independently manage 5+ active openings.
• Familiarity with using an ATS and job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to commute to Fort Worth or Dallas offices.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit for dealerships and corporate locations.
• Sourcing: identify and engage potential candidates to build a strong pipeline.
• Candidate Engagement: create a welcoming experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Administrative Support: schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and support recruitment processes.
• Team Collaboration: work with HR to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
