Job summary

D&M Leasing is seeking a Recruiter for our Fort Worth or Dallas offices. This full-time, in-office role supports talent acquisition across dealerships and corporate locations.

You will partner with hiring managers to source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and strong communication skills, with the ability to commute to our offices and career fairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage 5+ active job openings at one time, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support.
• Familiarity with using an ATS and job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
• A warm, engaging personality that provides a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Able to reliably commute to the Fort Worth or Dallas offices and to Career Fairs.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talented HR team and actively foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

This is a full-time in-office position. Candidates may be based out of either our Fort Worth or Dallas office.
