Job summary

D&M Leasing is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our in-office team in the Fort Worth or Dallas area. You will drive talent acquisition across dealerships and corporate locations, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and delivering a great candidate experience.

You'll manage multiple openings, partner with HR, and handle scheduling and records. This role emphasizes collaboration, proactive sourcing, and a strong, welcoming demeanor for every candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Able to manage 5+ active job openings independently.
• Familiar with ATS and job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and grow in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit for dealerships and corporate locations.
• Utilize sourcing techniques to build a candidate pipeline.
• Create a welcoming candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Provide scheduling, records maintenance, and other administrative support.
• Work with HR team to foster a collaborative, inclusive environment.
