Job summary

D&M Leasing is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Fort Worth or Dallas, in-office. You will partner with hiring managers across dealerships and corporate locations to fill roles quickly and thoughtfully.

You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate records while delivering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Ability to independently manage 5+ active job openings at one time, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Familiarity with using an ATS and job boards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Warm, engaging personality that delivers a positive candidate experience and collaborates well with teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist in recruiting for dealerships and corporate locations.
• Sourcing: Use various techniques to identify and engage potential candidates for our openings.
• Candidate Engagement: Create a welcoming experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Administrative Support: Schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and support recruitment processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work with HR to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
