Job summary

JLL is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to drive full cycle recruiting for internships, entry-level, and mid-career roles across the US. You will collaborate with hiring managers, build diverse candidate pipelines, and develop sourcing strategies leveraging Workday and ATS tools.

The role emphasizes promoting JLL's brand and culture, attracting diverse talent, and reporting on recruiting success. This on-site position is based in multiple locations, including Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across the US.
• Recruiting experience supporting various regions across the US.
• Passion for diversity and track record of bringing diverse hires.
• Proven ability to succeed in high-volume recruiting while managing projects.
• Experience with Financial Services, Real Estate or Consulting is a plus.
• Tech-forward with CRM/ATS experience (Workday/Avature).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting support for internship, entry-level, and mid-career positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Workday and sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates and perspectives.
• Build relationships with Diversity Organizations to attract top diverse talent.
• Market JLL's attributes to candidates and encourage diverse skill sets to join.
• Regularly analyze and report recruiting success.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to determine hiring needs across regions.
• Create innovative solutions to attract diverse entry-level talent.
