Job summary

JLL seeks a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to drive full cycle recruiting for internship through mid-career roles. You will partner with hiring managers to clarify job specs and staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies using Workday and Avature, and build a pipeline of diverse candidates while delivering white-glove service.

You will report on recruiting success, build relationships with schools and diversity partners, and help attract top talent for a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Recruiting across multiple US regions.
• Passion for diversity and creative hiring ideas.
• Able to manage high-volume recruiting while handling multiple projects.
• Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate or Consulting is a plus.
• CRM/ATS experience; Workday/Avature is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specs and staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies using Workday and sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates through your network.
• Maintain relationships with Diversity Organizations to attract top talent.
• Market JLL attributes to candidates and promote diverse skill sets.
• Analyze and report recruiting success and metrics.
• Develop relationships with schools and diversity partners for entry-level hiring.
• Create innovative solutions to attract diverse entry-level talent.
