Job summary

JLL, a leader in real estate services, is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will own full cycle recruiting for internship through mid-career roles, collaborating with hiring managers and leveraging Workday and Avature to build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience, a BA/BS in HR or related field, and a passion for diversity. This on-site role supports multiple US regions and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Recruiting across multiple US regions.
• Demonstrated passion for diversity in hiring.
• Proven ability in high-volume recruiting and project management.
• Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Consulting is a plus.
• CRM/ATS experience; Workday and Avature a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting support for internship, entry-level, and mid-career positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specs and staffing needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Workday and sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through networks.
• Engage with Diversity Organizations to attract diverse talent.
• Market JLL to candidates and promote its brand and culture.
• Analyze and report recruiting success regularly.
• Develop external relationships with schools and diversity partners.
• Create innovative solutions to attract diverse entry-level talent.
