Job summary
JLL is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead talent initiatives across our high-growth account in the United States and Canada. The role drives workforce strategy, oversees high-volume recruitment operations, and partners with senior leadership as a strategic advisor.
The position requires on-site presence three days a week in a JLL office, with locations including Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Milwaukee, WI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience in high-volume environments.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility for recruiting operations.
- Expertise in strategic workforce planning and executive stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account leaders to develop and execute talent strategies.
- Lead workforce planning and scalable recruitment processes for high-volume placements.
- Provide executive-level reporting on talent acquisition performance and market trends.
- Build and mentor recruiting teams across multiple markets.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles and high-volume needs.
