Job summary

First Resource is seeking a Recruitment professional to handle end-to-end hiring for Non-IT roles in the United States. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels, work with hiring managers to understand job descriptions, and screen resumes to identify top fits.

You will coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates throughout the process, maintain recruitment trackers, and drive timely closures to meet hiring targets.
