Job summary

Yazwaa Recruitment is seeking a seasoned recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Gulf countries, spanning UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

The role covers IT and Non-IT placements across diverse industries, leveraging portals, networks, and databases to source, screen, interview, and negotiate with candidates, while aligning with client timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on Gulf hiring.
• Hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Gulf job markets, salary expectations, and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a target-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf countries, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
• Manage recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions across various industries and job categories.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, availability, and suitability.
• Recruit for IT positions such as Software Developers, IT Support Engineers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, System Administrators, and other technical roles.
• Recruit for Non-IT positions such as Sales Executives, Accountants, HR Professionals, Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, Administration Staff, and other professional and operational roles.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify suitable candidates within the specified budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the selection process.
