Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts.

In this role, you will own the full recruiting cycle—from intake to offer—while partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, assess candidates, and maintain a positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from intake to signed offer.
• Source passive and active candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Review inbound applications and conduct initial screening calls.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate interview loops.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and make hiring decisions.
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage ATS data and maintain accurate pipeline tracking.
• Negotiate compensation packages and close offers.
• Promote employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay updated on labor laws, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
