Samarth Consultant is seeking a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in the United States. The role involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial telephonic interviews.

You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, maintain recruitment trackers, negotiate offers, and follow up with candidates through onboarding. A strong candidate experience is essential.
