Job summary

Enigma Human Capital is seeking a results-driven recruiter to join our team in the United States. You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain pipelines across industries. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to meet hard recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for open positions.
• Connect with candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, salary expectations, notice periods, and availability.
• Share relevant and shortlisted profiles with clients for further evaluation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up for feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and joining confirmation.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining recruitment quality and candidate engagement.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and adhere to client-specific recruitment processes.
