First Resource is seeking a seasoned recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across diverse industries in the United States. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and direct sourcing, while aligning with client needs and hiring managers to deliver top talent.

You will screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and competency assessments, coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, negotiate salaries, and guide offer

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from corporate/in-house recruitment teams alone will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with recruitment consultancy experience and strong Non-IT hiring expertise.
