Job summary

Workday is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Lead to advance recruiting operations across the global organization. You will shape the operating model, streamline workflows, and enable scalable processes with cross-functional partners.

In this role, you’ll own strategic initiatives, drive end-to-end improvements, and ensure clear enablement and communication across Recruiting, Operations, and Technology teams. This position supports a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or talent acquisition operations.
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering transformative initiatives.
• Experience using project management or workflow tools (Smart Sheets or similar).
• Experience supporting global recruiting programs or TA operations teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve core recruiting workflows and standards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve hiring practices across regions and teams.
• Lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives from concept through launch and post-implementation stabilization.
• Establish project structure, timelines, and accountability for successful delivery.
• Partner with Recruiting, Operations, and Technology teams to operationalize new capabilities.
